Maddox is a Founding Partner & Principal of Drexel Realty Partners based in Dallas, TX. He specializes in tenant representation, landlord representation, and land development.

Maddox started his career at Ashton Gray, a retail and medical development firm based in Oklahoma City. After two years, he moved to Dallas and joined Edge Realty Partners, where he spent two years and was promoted to Senior Associate. Maddox then joined SRS Real Estate Partners for two years as a Vice President before forming Drexel Realty Partners in 2025. He was named a DCEO Power Broker in 2024.

In his free time, Maddox enjoys playing basketball, long distance running, and watching University of Oklahoma football.
