About UsMR. JIMMY GRISHAM: Mr. Grisham was a partner and Executive Vice President for P.O'B. Montgomery & Co. for the previous five years where he was involved in over $150 million dollars of real estate transactions. Prior to joining P.O'B. Montgomery & Co., Mr. Grisham was Managing Director of Centex Commercial, the operating commercial division of Centex Homes, and was President of RM Crowe Leasing Company in Dallas, a private REIT. After receiving his MBA from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983, Mr. Grisham began his career in the real estate business at Trammell Crow Company in Austin where he progressed quickly from a leasing agent position to Principal and ultimately he rose to Project Partner for the Southeastern division. In the early nineties, his scope was expanded to include all retail activities in the Southeastern United States. In 1995 Mr. Grisham was promoted and moved to Dallas to head up the local retail group and join the National Retail Executive Committee. From this committee position, he was entrusted with overseeing and directing all retail activity in the company. MR. WILL ADAMS: Mr. Adams has been in the commercial real estate business for the last 6 years. He started his career at GMAC Commercial Mortgage / Capmark in the mortgage banking division. His role included origination and closing of loans across all property types for Life Companies, CMBS, and Agency lenders. Mr. Adams closed over $230 million dollars of loans in his 4+ years at Capmark. After leaving Capmark, Mr. Adams joined Goldman Sachs Commercial Mortgage Capital (GSCMC). Working closely with NYC Real Estate Investment Banking Division he facilitated transactions valuing over $3 billion and included regional iconic malls, limited stay hotel portfolios, Class A NYC Office buildings, banking asset portfolios, and destination hotel resort properties. Mr. Adams was born and raised in Dallas, TX. He attended and graduated from the Wayne Calloway School of Business & Accountancy at Wake Forest University. He is actively involved in International Council of Shopping Centers, The Real Estate Council, and Gilda’s Club of North Texas. |
